T. Matthew Flemer

T. Matthew Flemer has extensive experience in various sales and management roles within the HVAC and water products industry. T. Matthew most recently served as the Regional Sales Manager for DiversiTech Corporation, where they managed manufacturer representative agencies and built relationships with national accounts to promote the company's product line. Prior to that, Flemer worked as a Regional Sales Manager for Lennox International, overseeing sales and marketing efforts for their ADP branded products in the wholesale HVACR distribution sector. T. Matthew also served as a Specifications Manager for Rain Bird Corporation, driving specification sales growth for their Landscape Drip Division products. Flemer's earlier experience includes roles as a Regional Sales Manager for U.S. Boiler Company and A.O. Smith Water Products Co., where they managed sales, marketing, and national accounts responsibilities. T. Matthew started their career as a Management Trainee and Outside Sales Representative for Ferguson Enterprises.
