Caren Ulrich Stacy is the Lead Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Accessibility Advisor at USPTO. Caren is also the Founder & CEO of Diversity Lab, where Caren focuses on creating innovative initiatives to promote diversity and inclusion in legal organizations. Additionally, Stacy is the Founder of the OnRamp Fellowship, which helps experienced women lawyers re-enter the workforce after a hiatus. Caren serves as a Fellow at the Tory Burch Foundation, on the Board of Advisors at the Centre for Legal Innovation, and has held various roles at USNC_UN Women. Stacy has a background in professional development, having worked at Arnold & Porter LLP, and holds degrees from MIT Sloan School of Management, Harvard Business School, and the University of Houston.
