Lisa Kirby

Lisa Kirby is the President, Inclusive Talent Systems at Diversity Lab with extensive experience in various leadership roles focusing on strategic planning, talent development, and diversity initiatives. Prior to this, Lisa worked as a Consultant at Edge International and held the position of Manager of Professional Development & Training at Goodwin. Lisa also has a background in legal research and writing, having worked at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati and Choate, Hall & Stewart LLP. Lisa holds a B.A. from Colgate University, a JD from The George Washington University Law School, and has experience teaching as a Professor of Legal Research & Writing at the University of San Francisco.
