Paul Fletcher

Paul Fletcher is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in learning, development, and sales management within the travel and tourism industry. Currently serving as the Learning, Development & Culture Business Partner at Diversity Travel since June 2012, Paul leads the Learning, Development and Quality teams while also contributing to the People & Organisational Development Department. Previous roles include positions at Transhotel, Qatar Airways, VLM Airlines, Manchester College of Arts & Technology, and Trailfinders, where Paul demonstrated expertise in sales account management, business development, and education. Paul holds a BA (Hons) in Leisure Management from Swansea Institute of H.E., along with GCE 'A' Levels in Psychology and Sociology.
