Ladi Greenstreet currently serves as the Head of Strategic Investments at NatWest Group and holds the position of Chief Executive Officer at Diversity VC since July 2021. Prior experience includes key leadership roles at Accenture, where responsibilities encompassed overseeing Open Innovation activities for the UK and Ireland, leading European strategic investments in technology start-ups, and managing healthcare-focused initiatives. Prior to Accenture, Ladi Greenstreet worked in design and innovation at Fjord and served as a management consultant at Accenture. Initial professional experiences include a marketing role at Procter & Gamble and participation in the Teach First program, focusing on educational equity. Educational qualifications include an Executive MBA from London Business School, a venture capital course from Stanford University, and a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Nottingham.

Diversity VC is an international nonprofit operating in the VC Ecosystem. Our mission is for every venture fund to have the understanding, tools, and resources to promote diversity and inclusion in both their firms and the companies they fund. Our ultimate objective is for the venture capital industry to represent the rich tapestry of society, which we in turn believe will generate better decision making and higher returns.
