Meghan S. currently serves as Co-CEO at Diversity VC, focusing on advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion within the Venture Capital ecosystem. As the Lead for the LatAm Chapter, Meghan S. works to establish global benchmarks for DEI best practices in the industry. Additionally, Meghan S. is a Social Innovation Fellow at StartingBloc and a Board Member at 3G Philly. Previous roles include Associate at INCA Investments LLC and Director at INCA Ventures, as well as leadership positions in various organizations promoting equity and inclusion in the VC sector, particularly in Latin America. Meghan S. holds a Master's degree in Human Rights from The London School of Economics and Political Science and a Bachelor's degree in International Relations from the University of St Andrews.
