Nina Slingsby is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in diversity, equity, inclusion, and social sustainability. Currently serving as the Head of DEI & Social Sustainability Advisory at JLL, Nina fosters well-being, equality, and inclusivity in the built environment. As the Founder of OAHA, Nina drives social sustainable change and advises CEOs on organizational transformations. Additionally, Nina holds advisory roles with Diversity VC and serves as a Social Enterprise Mentor for UnLtd. Previously, Nina spent nearly a decade at Accenture in various leadership positions, focusing on Agile change, responsible sourcing, and social mobility. Nina’s educational background includes an MBA in Business & Management from the University of Leicester.

Diversity VC
Diversity VC is an international nonprofit operating in the VC Ecosystem. Our mission is for every venture fund to have the understanding, tools, and resources to promote diversity and inclusion in both their firms and the companies they fund. Our ultimate objective is for the venture capital industry to represent the rich tapestry of society, which we in turn believe will generate better decision making and higher returns.
