Warner Terry Howard

Terry’s expertise as a diversity leader, corporate storyteller, and bridge-builder spans over 30 years.

His career includes 15 years in HR and Diversity at AT&T and 15 years as Global Director of Diversity for Texas Instruments, where he supported the TI Diversity Network and black and Hispanic employee initiative groups, and managed external development programs and awards processes for diverse talent and global learning labs. Terry’s more recent activities include founding the Global Diversity Consortium and delivering keynote speeches across the U.S., Europe, Asia, and India. His many honors and awards include the Corporate Diversity Award from the Society of Black Engineers and the UT-Dallas Diversity Champion Award, among others.
