Shaun Fichter

Shaun Fichter has a diverse work experience in various industries. Shaun currently works as the Director of Operations at Divert since June 2022. Previously, Shaun held multiple roles at The AZEK Company, including Recycle Plant Manager from January 2022 to June 2022, Blending Plant Manager from September 2020 to January 2022, and Operations Superintendent from July 2020 to September 2020. Before that, they served as a Process Engineering Manager at Envision AESC from August 2019 to July 2020. Prior to that, Shaun worked at Nissan Motor Corporation, where they held positions as a Senior Process Engineer from October 2017 to August 2019 and as a Process Engineer from June 2015 to October 2017. Shaun started their career at Johnson Matthey, where they worked as a Process Engineer from June 2013 to June 2015, as a Chemical Engineer from October 2012 to June 2013, and as a Process Control Engineer from May 2011 to October 2012.

Shaun Fichter graduated from Pennsylvania State University-Erie Campus in 2011 with a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Mechanical Engineering.
