Dr. Lily Le

Director Of Clinical Innovation at DiveThru

Dr. Lily Le has held a variety of roles in the mental health field. In 2010, they began working as a Youth Addiction Counsellor and Psychometrist, Psychiatric Aide, & Psychology Intern for Alberta Health Services. In 2015, they became a Counsellor at the Sexual Assault Centre of Edmonton (SACE). From 2013 to 2021, they held roles at the University of Alberta, including Graduate Research Assistant, Senior Associate Clinician, Graduate Teaching Assistant, and Student Clinician. In 2021, they were appointed as Practice Lead - eMental Health for Youth and Young Adults, Provincial Addiction & Mental Health for Alberta Health Services. Dr. Lily also works at Sojourn Psychology as a Registered Provisional Psychologist. Currently, they are the Director of Operations for the Asian Gold Ribbon Campaign, and the Clinical Director for DiveThru, where they are responsible for determining clinical direction, processes and procedures, and creating therapist tips and reviewing course blog content.

Dr. Lily Le has a comprehensive educational background, beginning with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Alberta in 2007-2012. Dr. Lily then earned a Master of Education in Counselling Psychology from the same institution in 2013-2015. Finally, they completed their Doctor of Philosophy in Counselling Psychology from the University of Alberta in 2015-2021. In addition to their degrees, Dr. Le has obtained various certifications, such as Registered Psychologist from the College of Alberta Psychologists in 2022, Change Management Practitioner from Prosci in 2022, AIW Fundamentals Plus from Alberta Health Services in 2021, The Fundamentals of OCAP from the First Nations Information Governance Centre in 2021, Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training from LivingWorks in 2020, and Emotion-Focused Therapy Level 1 from the International Society for Emotion-Focused Therapy in 2019.
