Joseph Held is the Vice Chair at Los Angeles Jewish Home. Joseph has over 20 years of experience in the healthcare industry. Joseph has a Bachelor's degree in Health Care Administration from the University of Southern California.
Joseph began their career as a health care administrator at Buena Vista Home Health Palliative Care & Hospice. Joseph was responsible for overseeing all area operations and maintaining appropriate staff levels. Joseph also directed operations through the ownership of P&L; and prepared, reviewed and managed monthly market financial statements.
In March 2018, Joseph joined The Ensign Group as the Area Director/ Alternate Administrator. In this role, they are responsible for overseeing all area operations, including human resources, marketing, and negotiations with managed care organizations, government agencies and other payors within the service area. Joseph is also responsible for establishing criteria and/or work procedures to achieve a high level of quality, productivity or service through strategic planning.
Joseph Held has a Master's degree in Human Behavior from National University and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Brigham Young University.
