Herald Ignatius P. Manjooran has gained extensive work experience over the years. Herald Ignatius P. started their career at CMC Limited in 1989, where they worked as a Business Development Manager and Regional Marketing Manager until 1992. After that, they joined Jeraisy computers and communications services as a Business Unit Manager for the Eastern Software Systems division from 1992 to 1996. In 1997, they took on the role of Executive Vice President at SRA Systems until 2002. In the same year, Herald founded their own company, DivIHN Integration Inc, where they currently serve as the Founder and CEO. Additionally, in 2006, they became a co-founder and coordinator of TEPEE, a Technology Peer Exchange Forum.

Herald Ignatius P. Manjooran has an extensive education background, starting with their high school education at Kendriya Vidyalaya from 1970 to 1977. Herald Ignatius P. then pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry at Madurai Kamaraj University, where they excelled and became a class topper. From 1977 to 1980, they furthered their education at Madurai Kamaraj University and obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree, specializing in Marketing and HR. Continuing their educational journey, Herald attended Madurai Kamraj University from 1980 to 1982, where they earned another MBA with the prestigious rank of first. Lastly, they attended The University of Chicago Booth School of Business from 1998 to 2000, achieving an MBA with high honors. Herald Ignatius P. focused on Executive MBA XP-70 during this program.
