Pratichi Jhala

Pratichi Jhala has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Pratichi started their career as a Lecturer at Rajeev Gandhi College, where they taught pharmaceutical sciences for 2 years and 10 months. Pratichi then transitioned into the recruitment field and worked as a Sr. Pharma Recruiter at eTeam, specializing in technical US Pharma/IT placements. After that, they joined a confidential company as a Lead Recruiter, where they worked remotely from home. Currently, Pratichi is working at DivIHN Integration Inc as a Senior Executive Talent Acquisition, responsible for sourcing, screening, and qualifying candidates. Pratichi has also held previous positions at DivIHN, including Sr. Specialist – Talent Success, and they are currently the Lead - Talent Success.

Pratichi Jhala completed their Bachelor of Pharmacy degree in medicine from vcp, Bhopal in the academic years 2006-2010. Subsequently, they pursued a Master's Degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences at RGPV University from 2011 to 2013.
