Jason Mauro

Jason Mauro has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Currently, they serve as the President of Divine Flooring starting from April 2022. Prior to that, from 2016 to 2022, they held multiple roles at Mauro Realty, including Vice President and General Manager, and Vice President.

In 2017, Jason founded Mauro Consulting Strategies, where they served as the Owner and President.

Before that, from 2016 to 2017, they were the Director of Business Development at Albi Homes, Luxury by Brookfield Residential. In this role, they successfully drove the development of new homes, managed a team, and incorporated new trends into home designs.

From 2014 to 2016, Jason worked as the Senior Vice President of Business Development at Albi Homes Ltd. Jason played a key role in marketing, product development, and executing strategic plans.

Jason also held various positions within Albi Homes Ltd. from 1999 to 2014, including Executive Vice President, Vice President of Sales and Marketing, Director of Product Development & Marketing, Warranty & Customer Service Manager, and Director Of Special Projects. In these roles, they contributed to reducing construction times, increasing customer satisfaction, and developing award-winning products and marketing strategies.

In the early stages of their career, they served as Information Systems Manager / Database Development Manager at Albi Homes Ltd. / ALBI Systems from 1995 to 2000 and as an Assistant Site Supervisor at Albi Homes Ltd. from 1991 to 1995.

Jason Mauro earned an Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA) degree from the University of Calgary from 2007 to 2009. Jason also obtained a Management Development Diploma in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from the Haskayne School of Business. In addition, Jason holds a degree in Arts and Science from Mount Royal University. Jason has also obtained additional certifications, including the Canadian Securities Course (CSC®) from the Canadian Securities Institute in February 2021.
