James Meadows

James Meadows has a diverse work experience in the field of operations and maintenance operations. James started their career in 2009 at Pilgrim's as an Ammonia Refrigeration Technician/PSM Coordinator and later served as a Refrigeration Technician. In 2012, they joined Brookshire Grocery Company, where they worked in various roles including Director - Maintenance Operations, PSM/RMP Supervisor, Refrigeration/Energy Manager, Lead Ammonia Refrigeration Technician, and Refrigeration Manager. Since 2022, they have been Vice President of Operations at Divine Pasta Co.

James Meadows obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Northeast Texas Community College from 2010 to 2013. In 2012, they also obtained a certification in Certified Industrial Refrigeration Operator from the Garden City Ammonia Program. James completed specialized training in Energy Optimization for Ammonia Refrigeration from Wagner Meinert in 2014. Additionally, they completed a course in Ammonia Refrigeration Compliance from Wagner-Meinert in the same year. James also received certification as an Emergency Care Assistant from Tyler Junior College in 2013. Their high school education was completed at Mt. Pleasant High School.
