Karolina Novitska

Karolina Novitska has a diverse and extensive work experience in design and digital roles. Karolina is currently the Head Of Design at Weel, previously known as DiviPay, a position they have held since May 2022. Prior to that, they served as the Head of Design at Nano Home Loans from January 2021 to May 2022. Karolina also held the role of Head of Design at IVY from February 2013 to January 2021. Earlier in their career, they were the Lead Digital Designer (Web & Mobile) at Boston Interactive from August 2008 to January 2013. Karolina also worked as a Design Instructor at Massachusetts College of Art and Design from September 2008 to December 2011. Karolina started their career as a Senior UI Designer at SearchEase from August 2003 to August 2008, and prior to that, they were a Digital Designer at Readyabout Interactive from November 1999 to August 2002.

Karolina Novitska completed their Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Graphic Design and Information Technology at Emmanuel College (Boston) from 1998 to 2002. Karolina then pursued further education in the field of Interactive Design, earning a Master of Fine Arts degree from the Massachusetts College of Art and Design between 2003 and 2006. Prior to their master's program, Karolina briefly attended the Academy of Art University in 2002.
