James Eklund

James Eklund is a prominent legal professional with extensive experience in water law and natural resources management. Currently a Member at Sherman & Howard L.L.C., Eklund leads the Western water practice while simultaneously managing Norse Sky Ranch and serving as an Advisory Board Member for Divirod Inc. Active in the community, Eklund holds board membership with the Colorado Lake and Reservoir Management Association and lectures at both the University of Colorado Denver School of Public Affairs and the University of Denver, focusing on various topics including environmental policy and sustainability.
