Infant Mental Health Community Of Practice Co-facilitator at Division for Early Childhood

Lisa Terry is a seasoned professional in early childhood development with extensive experience in various roles. Currently, Lisa serves as the Infant Mental Health Community of Practice Co-Facilitator at the Division for Early Childhood since December 2021 and is an aRPy Ambassador with the Early Childhood Technical Assistance Center since March 2020. Additionally, Lisa has held the position of Early Intervention Professional Development Consultant at both Virginia Commonwealth University and Virginia Early Intervention Professional Development since August 2017. Previous roles include a Supervisor at the City of Virginia Beach and an Educator/Part C Early Intervention specialist in Chesapeake, providing essential services to families and children with special needs in accordance with the IDEA. Lisa's educational background includes a Master of Education from Regent University, a Master's degree in Psychology from Walden University, and ongoing pursuit of a PhD in Infant and Child Development with an emphasis on infant mental health at Fielding Graduate University.
