Joy van Patten

Joy Van Patten has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and organizations. Joy has worked as a Vice President of Organizational Development at Divisions Maintenance Group since 2008. In 2018, they served as the Secretary for the Warren County GOP Central Committee. Additionally, they are the founder of PURE Ministries Fellowship since 2007. Prior to that, they worked as an Independent Contractor, serving as a Consultant from 1998 to 2008. Their early career includes working as a Senior Organization Effectiveness Consultant at Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield, where they implemented various methodologies and tools for performance management, leadership development, strategic planning, team building, and process improvement from 1989 to 1998.

Joy Van Patten holds a Master of Education (M.Ed) degree in Executive HRD from Xavier University. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Wilmington College (OH).
