Nikolas Gogol

Nikolas Gogol is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in organizational development, sales training, and business management. Currently serving as the Vice President of Organizational Development and Learning at Hanover Research since April 2016, Gogol has been instrumental in enhancing onboarding and training for account management and sales teams while also focusing on sales strategy and thought leadership initiatives. Prior to this, Gogol held various roles at CoStar Group, including Director of Sales and Business Development, and successfully rebuilt training programs for large sales teams. With a strong background in sales management from previous positions at Mondo and Bluewolf, as well as significant experience in project management and real estate investment, Gogol has consistently demonstrated a commitment to developing successful teams and strategies throughout a diverse career. Gogol holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Management from Washington and Lee University.
