Manoj Mathew

Manoj Mathew has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Manoj is currently working as the Director of Product Management at Divisions Maintenance Group since December 2022. Prior to this, they worked as the Director of Product Owners at New American Funding from July 2022 to December 2022. Manoj also has experience as the Director of Product Management at Divisions Maintenance Group from March 2021 to July 2022.

Before joining Divisions Maintenance Group, Manoj worked at Xome from 2015 to 2021. Manoj held the roles of AVP of Product Management from March 2020 to March 2021, and Senior Manager of Product Management from June 2015 to March 2020. In these roles, they led the IT product management team and was responsible for the development and management of various product lines.

Prior to their time at Xome, Manoj worked at Scantron from 2008 to 2015. Manoj held the position of Senior Product Manager, where they were responsible for the Scantron Analytics product line for the K-12 space in the US. Manoj also played multiple roles, including product and program management, pre-sales activities, post-implementation support, team management, and recruitment. Manoj handled product management responsibilities for the learning management and student information system product lines.

Earlier in their career, Manoj worked at iNautix Technologies as an Associate Program Manager from 2005 to 2008 and at Mastek as a Sr. Executive in the Program Management Office from 2003 to 2005. At iNautix, they worked as the offshore arm of Pershing LLC, providing clearing, settlement services, and technology services to brokers and investment advisory firms. At Mastek, they gained exposure to IT services offshore operations and was involved in budgeting, margin analysis, resource allocation, and project monitoring.

Manoj Mathew completed their Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from the College of Engineering Trivandrum from 1995 to 1999. Following this, they pursued a Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) with a focus on Information Technology and Marketing at Xavier Institute of Management, Bhubaneswar from 2001 to 2003.

In addition to their formal education, Manoj Mathew has obtained additional certifications. Manoj is a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), certified by Scrum Alliance in April 2015.
