Matthew Moak

Matthew Moak has a strong background in accounting and finance. Matthew is currently working as the Chief Accounting Officer at Divisions Maintenance Group since April 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Poly as an Assistant Controller from October 2021 to March 2022, and then as the Director of Global Financial Reporting and Technical Accounting from March 2021 to March 2022. Before joining Poly, they held various roles at EY, starting as a Staff in Assurance Services from February 2013 to October 2013. Matthew then progressed to become a Senior, Manager, and eventually a Senior Manager in Assurance Services, with their last role ending in March 2021. Prior to EY, they worked as a Business Advisory Services Staff at Grant Thornton LLP from October 2011 to February 2013.

Matthew Moak attended Kent State University from 2007 to 2011, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a concentration in Accounting and Finance. In 2012, they obtained the Certified Public Accountant certification from the Ohio Board of Accountancy.
