Catherine Pan

Catherine Pan is an experienced Human Resources professional with a strong background in HR management and employee relations. Currently serving as the Human Resources Director at TenaFe since November 2018, Catherine oversees HR policies, processes, recruitment, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives. Prior roles include Senior Human Resources Manager at NQ and HR Manager positions at Microsoft and Nokia, where Catherine managed employee relations, implemented stock programs, and led HR transformation projects. Catherine's career began at the Canada China Business Council as a China Project Manager, and Catherine holds a Master's degree in Psychology from Peking University and a Bachelor's degree in International Trade from the University of International Business and Economics.
