Claus Torp Jensen

Claus Torp Jensen is an Advisor at Divurgent. Claus has over 20 years of experience in the IT industry and was previously Chief Architect API Economy and SOA at IBM. During their time at IBM, they were responsible for strategic partnerships with some of IBM's largest clients worldwide and advised over 50 enterprises on their API and digital transformation journeys. Claus also provided industry thought leadership and defined IBM's point of view on topics such as the API economy and digital transformation. In addition, they led IBM's participation and authorship in SOA related standards and established the IBM talent community and education for API technical talent. Claus was recognized as a Notable Lab Advocate, the highest IBM honor for a client facing technical executive, and was part of the leadership team for the IBM Academy of Technology from 2013 onwards.

Claus Torp Jensen has a PhD in Computer Science from Aarhus University. Claus is also certified by Aetna as an Inventor - Practitioner, Consulting Skills - Practitioner, Influence & Diplomacy Skills - Practitioner, Negotiating Skills - Practitioner, Storytelling - Practitioner, and Mentoring - Practitioner.
