Lynn D Bauer

Lynn D Bauer, RN, MBA, currently serves as an Analytics Translator Consultant at Divurgent, where responsibilities include collaborating with Executive Leadership to identify key operating measures and translating business needs into various documentation. Previously, Lynn held multiple roles at Providence, including Manager of Clinical Informatics for the Puget Sound Region, where strategic engagement with leadership and clinical staff was emphasized. Additional experience includes positions as Senior Clinical Informatics Specialist at Swedish Hospitals, Senior Data Steward at Providence St. Joseph Health, and Senior Healthcare Intelligence Analyst. Prior to joining Providence, Lynn worked at GE Healthcare as a Principal Software Designer and at IDX Systems Corporation as a Lead Software Designer. Lynn holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing Science from Eastern Washington University and a Master of Business Administration from Seattle University.
