Joe Pucillo

Joe Pucillo currently serves as the Senior Managing Director and Head of Brokerage at Truehold since February 2023. Previously, Joe held the position of Executive Vice President and Head of Brokerage at Amherst Residential from July 2020 to October 2022, overseeing a comprehensive suite of services for single-family residential investments. Prior roles include Senior Vice President at Keller Williams Realty Chestnut Hill, Vice President of Enterprise Sales at Inside Real Estate, and various leadership positions at NRT and ZipRealty, where significant revenue growth was achieved through strategic market development and sales operations. Joe began their career in real estate as a District Director at Coldwell Banker and has experience in regional sales with Sanmina. Joe holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Northeastern University and has completed executive leadership certifications from Harvard Business School and Realogy.
