Lisa Dhamija

Lisa Dhamija has been serving as an editor for Divya Himachal since February 1999, where responsibilities include editorial oversight for the newspaper group. In addition, Lisa edited the book "Why India Needs the Presidential System" by Bhanu Dhamija, published by HarperCollins India in 2015. Since September 2013, Lisa has also been an EMT with the Haworth Volunteer Ambulance Corps. Lisa's experience includes a role as an English teacher at Dwight Morrow High School from September 2016 to June 2019 and as the director of the Himalayan Band Music Institute from September 2005 to May 2013. Academically, Lisa Dhamija holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from the University of Pennsylvania (1980-1984) and a Master of Arts in English/Language Arts Teacher Education from Columbia University (1994-1995).
