Ann Gerhart

Ann Gerhart is a deputy managing editor. Previously, she was senior editor for visual enterprise, collaborating with journalists across news sections and in graphics, video, photography, audio and design to produce award-winning digital enterprise and to create new story forms. She joined The Washington Post in 1995 and has been a writer and editor in Style, National and Outlook, with a focus on politics. She is the author of "The Perfect Wife," a biography of Laura Bush.
