Bharti Patel

Bharti Patel is a seasoned technology executive currently serving as a Founding Member at Divyam.AI since November 2024. Prior to this role, Bharti held the position of Senior Vice President and Head of Engineering at Hitachi Vantara from February 2023 to November 2024. Bharti served as Chief Technology Officer at Alen® from 2020 to January 2023, where focus was on high-end air purifiers delivered through various B2C digital channels. From 2010 to 2020, Bharti worked at IBM as Global Head of Engineering for Data Management and Storage, overseeing product strategies and software development for several key offerings. Bharti’s tenure at IBM began in December 1996, progressing through multiple senior-engineering roles, including responsibilities for IBM’s client platforms and technologies and spearheading the "Mobile First" strategy. Bharti holds an MS in Engineering from the Indian Institute of Science (IISc) and education from Harvard Business School.
