Sarah Hihn

Sarah Hihn is currently the Director of Human Resources at Dix & Eaton, where Sarah oversees all aspects of HR including benefits administration, employee relations, recruiting, professional development, performance review, and compensation. Prior to that, Sarah worked as a Human Resource Generalist at LPS Field Services, Inc., where Sarah handled benefits administration, payroll, employee relations, recruiting, performance review, and training. Sarah holds a MLHR degree in Management Labor Relations/Human Resources from Cleveland State University and a BA in Business Administration from Bowling Green State University.
