Kayti Smith Cas

Kayti Smith, CAS, has extensive experience in property management and sales, currently serving as a Sales Specialist at Dixie Carpet Installations since December 2019. Previously, Kayti held the position of Assistant Community Manager at Mill Creek Residential Trust LLC from July 2017 to December 2019, where responsibilities included bookkeeping, resident retention, and event management. Prior to that, Kayti worked with Alliance Residential Company as an Assistant Community Manager from June 2015 to July 2017, and as an Office Manager for Busivid in the US market from March 2014 to April 2015. Kayti began their career at Epoch Management Inc. in July 2009 as an Assistant Manager after starting as a Leasing Professional. Earlier experience includes serving as an Assistant Teacher at Primrose School at Forest Creek from July 2008 to July 2009. Kayti is an alumnus of Blinn College, having attended from 2006 to 2009.
