Victoria Grady serves as the Director of the MSM Graduate Program and Associate Professor of Organizational Behavior at George Mason University’s Costello College of Business, with previous experience as an Assistant Professor of Management/Organizational Behavior. Additionally, Victoria holds the position of Professor in Residence at Forvis Mazars US, and operates as President and Principal Consultant at PivotPoint Business Solutions, where focus is placed on the impact of change within organizations. Prior teaching roles include Adjunct Professor at Georgetown University and Assistant Professorial Lecturer at George Washington University, where Victoria engaged in various institutional service activities.
