Brian Disler

Brian Disler is currently the Co-CEO at Dixon Leasing. Prior to this, they worked as the General Counsel for US Masters Residential Property Fund from June 2014 to July 2019. Before that, they were a Senior Associate at Day Pitney LLP from September 2008 to June 2014 where they worked in the Commercial Litigation Department and Real Estate Litigation Practice Group. Brian's practice focuses on complex commercial, real estate, contract, tax, intellectual property and restrictive covenant litigation and counseling. Brian has represented national and local corporations in connection with various real estate disputes involving their New Jersey and New York locations, corporations, developers and individuals in connection with a variety of complex commercial transactions, and national telecommunications providers in connection with build-out of wireless network and on various contract and land use issues. Brian has also obtained tax reductions for corporate and individual real property and business owners.

Brian Disler received a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, Government and Economics from the University of Pennsylvania. Brian then attended Brooklyn Law School, where they earned their JD.
