Jose Rivera

As a Field Services Manager with Dixon Leasing, Jose manages the contractors who perform on-site routine services including installation, maintenance and repair, to ensure Dixon clients are completely satisfied with all services provided. Jose works to improve overall efficiency and Dixon’s ability to promptly address and rectify any number of tenant requests.

Prior to starting his career at Dixon, Jose was Chief Operations Manager in the United States Marine Corps, where he managed and operated 50 million dollars of assets and created a process of disposition that generated 2 million dollars per year in revenue. As Chief Operations Manager, Jose was also in charge of personnel management, logistics and accounting where he oversaw several multi-million dollar projects. These experiences contributed to Jose’s strong sense of discipline and impeccable work ethic, characteristics that make Jose an ideal addition to the Dixon team.

Jose is a graduate of Pace University’s Lubin School of Business where he earned his Bachelor of Administration degree in Finance.
