Melissa Jusianiec has a diverse range of work experience. Melissa began their career as a Project Manager at KS&R from 1995 to 1999. Following that, they worked as an Associate Product Manager at World Kitchen from 2000 to 2002, and then as the Director of Visitor Services at the Corning Area Chamber of Commerce from 2002 to 2004. Melissa briefly served as an Events Coordinator at Logan Ridge in 2004 before joining KS&R again as a Marketing Sciences Manager from 2004 to 2017. During their time at KS&R, Melissa was promoted to Director in 2017. In 2010, they took on a role as an Adjunct Professor of Marketing at Alfred University until 2012 when they became an Adjunct Professor at Alfred State College. In 2017, they also became the President of the Allegany-Cattaraugus-Chautauqua Fund for Women. Melissa started their own consulting company, MJJ Consulting, in 2020 before transitioning to become a Research Manager at Dixon Schwabl + Company in 2021. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Insights & Analytics at Dixon Schwabl + Company.
Melissa Jusianiec earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Elmira College from 1989 to 1993. Melissa then pursued an MBA in Marketing at Clarkson University from 1993 to 1994. Further education details are not provided.
