Mr. Ashish Kumar is the Group Company Secretary,Compliance Officer of the Company and Head- Legal and Human Resource. He leads the secretarial, compliance, legal, HR and CSR function of the Company. He is a Commerce Graduate from University of Delhi and has completed the Executive Programme in Business Management from IIM, Calcutta. He is also a fellow of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India and an L.L.B. degree holder. Prior to joining the Company, he has been associated with various organisations like DLF Universal Limited, Damas International Limited, Tecom Investments FZ LLC and Narayana Hrudayalaya Limited and has more than 19 years of national and international regulatory and compliance experience.
