Samar Srivastava currently serves as Vice President (HRD & Administration) at Dixon Technologies India Limited since July 2025, bringing extensive experience in human resources across various industries. Notably, prior roles include Vice President of Human Resources at Havells India Ltd and Chief People Officer at Huhtamaki PPL. Samar also held the position of Sr. Vice President - Human Resources at Jet Airways (India) Limited, where oversight included HR for a global workforce. Additional experience includes a General Manager role in Human Resources at Crompton Greaves, overseeing HR functions across multiple manufacturing sites, and leadership positions at Tata Ryerson Limited and Tata Steel. Samar’s academic credentials feature a Post Doctoral degree in Leadership Study from Middlesex University, alongside a Ph.D. and MPhil in Human Resource Management from Tata Institute of Social Sciences, as well as a Master’s degree in Sociology and an MBA with a focus on Personnel Management and Industrial Relations.
