Katie Federico has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. In 2009, they began their career as a Marketing Intern at the Penn State Auxiliary and Business Services Marketing Office. In 2010, they gained experience in marketing research and sales as a Marketing Research and Front Office Associate at State College Spikes Baseball, and as a Marketing and Sales Summer Intern at Crayola.
Katie then joined the adidas group in 2011 as a Functional Trainee-Product Marketing, before moving on to Reebok in 2012. At Reebok, they served as an Associate Product Manager for both Women's Running Apparel and Essentials and Elements Apparel. Their responsibilities included managing global product lines, overseeing production processes, and ensuring product quality through visits to Asian suppliers.
In 2015, Katie briefly worked as an Account Executive at 160over90 and as an Account Marketing Manager at Dansko. Katie then returned to Crayola as an Associate Marketing Manager, where they specialized in international marketing until 2022.
Most recently, in 2022, they joined Dixon Ticonderoga as a Trade Marketing Manager, Education.
Katie Federico obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree in Advertising from Penn State University, where they studied from 2007 to 2010. Following their undergraduate studies, Katie pursued an MBA at the Boston College Carroll School of Management from 2011 to 2019.
