Brian Daji

Brian Daji is an accomplished professional in the field of learning and development, currently serving as the Learning and Development Manager at Dixons Academies Trust since June 2023. Previously, Brian held various roles at Leeds Building Society, including Learning and Development Consultant and Digital Learning Consultant, starting in May 2019. Brian's career also includes significant experience at Santander UK, where from October 2011 to May 2019, Brian progressed through several positions, including Complaints Development Consultant, Complaints Manager, Complaint Handler, Virtual Mentor, and Customer Service Advisor. Brian holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from the University of Plymouth, earned from 2006 to 2009.
