Violet Zhang

Violet Zhang has a diverse range of work experience in various industries. Violet started their career in 2005 as a Board Secretary at Unilever. In 2006, they joined United Family Healthcare Group as a Sr. HR Supervisor and worked there until 2011. After that, they briefly worked as the China HR Manager at Hudson, and then as a Lead HR Business Partner at ASLK from 2011 to 2018. Currently, they serve as the VP and Head of Operations at Dizal Pharma, a research-based biotechnology company focused on the development and commercialization of innovative medicines.

Violet Zhang started their education at East China Normal University from 2001 to 2005, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Political Science. Following this, they attended The University of Hong Kong from 2010 to 2011, specializing in Organizational Human Resource Management and earning a Master's degree.
