Emilio Pérez began their work experience in 1996 as a Junior Deckhand at Morning Glory Ltd. Emilio then worked as a Tour Guide at Vingresor - Ving Sverige AB from 1997 to 2000, where they provided guest services, information, and sales, as well as organized and guided tours. From 2000 to 2002, Emilio worked as a Customer Services Agent at Serviceair GlobeGround.

In 2002, Emilio became a Traffic Coordinator at Nordic Aero AB until 2003. Emilio then moved on to Proffice Aviation AB, where they worked as an Airline Customer Service Supervisor from 2003 to 2005. In this role, Emilio managed around 60 staff per shift, handled daily operations, and led the planning and assigning of manpower.

From 2005 to 2012, Emilio worked at Malaysia Airlines as a Senior Operation Manager. In this position, they represented the company's interests at Arlanda Airport and the Scandinavian market, managed ground operations, services, personnel, and quality, and supervised and regulated operations to comply with local and international standards.

Starting in 2017, Emilio worked at SLU - Sveriges lantbruksuniversitet as an IT-projektledare until 2021. Emilio'srole involved IT project management, including identifying needs, implementing digital solutions, and collaborating with customers and developers for customized system solutions.

Currently, Emilio is an IT Project Manager at dizparc, starting in 2021. Emilio'sresponsibilities focus on helping organizations optimize operational workflows by identifying needs and implementing new digital solutions through collaboration with customers and development teams.

Emilio Pérez has a diverse education history spanning across various fields and levels of study. Emilio began their education journey at Escuela Superior de Perfeccionamiento Atletico ESPA, High School from 1986 to 1989, where they pursued a degree in Sports Studies. Following this, from 1989 to 1993, Emilio attended Universidad de Ciencias Pedagógicas "Félix Varela Morales" and obtained a Bachelor's degree in Art & Art History.

In 2014, they enrolled at Umeå University for their Bachelor's Degree in Studies Computer and System Sciences, which they completed in 2017. Continuing their academic pursuit at Umeå University, Emilio then pursued a Master's degree in IT-Management from 2016 to 2018.
