Alex Fontaine

Alex Fontaine has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. Alex is currently working as the Director of World Wide Support at Dizzion Inc. since June 2023. Before that, they held various positions at Nutanix, including Director of World Wide Support for Frame, Senior Manager of World Wide Support for Frame, and Manager of World Wide Support for Frame. Prior to their time at Nutanix, they worked as a Customer Success Manager at Frame from November 2015 to August 2018. Alex also has experience at Axcient, where they served as a Senior Solutions Engineer and an Inside Solution Engineer from March 2013 to September 2015. At NComputing, they worked as a Quality Assurance and Escalation Manager, as well as a Support & Quality Assurance Engineer from May 2010 to March 2013. Alex began their career as a Systems Admin at Wachusett Mountain from August 2008 to May 2010.

Alex Fontaine pursued a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Information Systems from Fitchburg State University, studying from 2007 to 2009. In August 2019, they obtained a certification as a Nutanix Certified Systems Engineer: End User Computing from Nutanix.
