Brendan Elkins Pe

Brendan Elkins, PE, is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in project management and civil engineering. Currently serving as a Project Manager and Senior Project Engineer at DJ&A, P.C. since April 2019, Brendan has previously held the position of Engineer at Quanta Utility Engineering Services, where work was conducted as a contract engineer for NorthWestern Energy. Earlier roles include Civil Engineer at TD&H Engineering and Staff Engineer at Stahly Engineering & Associates. Brendan began their career as a Project Engineer Intern at Kiewit and a Survey Technician for the U.S. Forest Service. Brendan holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and an Associate of Science in Mathematics, both obtained from Montana State University-Bozeman between 2010 and 2014.
