Zhixiang Chen

Zhixiang Chen, Ph.D., is a highly experienced engineer with a strong background in electrical and electronics engineering. Currently serving as a Senior Engineer and Project Leader for Camera at DJI since September 2020, Zhixiang has led projects in professional still camera development. Prior to this role, Zhixiang contributed to software development for DJI's proprietary systems and integrated accessory products during tenure as a Senior Engineer for Embedded Systems between August 2018 and July 2020. Zhixiang's earlier experience includes serving as the only firmware engineer at Schlumberger on a wireline down-hole fluid analysis tool project, and academic research roles supported by the Japan Society for the Promotion of Science at Waseda University and National Taiwan University. Zhixiang holds a Ph.D. and a Master’s degree from Waseda University as well as a Bachelor's degree from Shanghai Jiao Tong University.
