Joseph G. Martinez

Joe Martinez was appointed General Counsel of DJO in February of 2020 and is responsible for all aspects of the DJO legal function. Since joining DJO in 2006, Joe has worked extensively on securities, M&A, and corporate governance, as well as agreements with healthcare providers and other corporate and contract matters. Before joining DJO, Joe was General Counsel of a small publicly traded high technology company and was previously a corporate partner in a Los Angeles law firm. Joe earned his B.A. from University of California, Berkeley, his M.B.A. from University of California, Berkeley, and his J.D. from University of California, Davis.
