Kirsten Steiner has over 30 years of experience in both scientific research and wellness coaching. At the Children's Medical Research Institute since October 1992, Kirsten serves as an Officer for Safety, Compliance and Equipment and holds the position of Senior Staff Scientist and Laboratory Manager in the Embryology Unit, specializing in the study of gene expression in embryonic development of wild type and mutant mice. Additionally, since January 2000, Kirsten has worked as a Posture Coach, Nutrition Expert, and Personal Prep Trainer for bodybuilders at Live Longer Stronger Wellness, with extensive experience in the fitness and yoga industry, emphasizing nutrition, movement anatomy, breath work, and anxiety control.
