Théobald de Bentzmann has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Théobald is currently the CEO & Co-Founder of "djob | own what moves you" since October 2021. Prior to this, they founded "Alchimii" in 2017, where they focused on creating a positive work environment and fostering cohesion through telecommuting and virtual events. Théobald also became a member of "CroissancePlus" in 2019.

Earlier in their career, they founded "Comuneat" in 2015, a startup promoting homemade cooking and connecting individuals to buy and sell delicious homemade meals. Théobald gained valuable experience in the financial sector as an M&A Analyst-IBD at Barclays Investment Bank from 2012 to 2015 and as an M&A Summer Intern-IBD in 2011. Théobald also had internships at CDIB Capital and Lazard Frères Gestion in 2010 and 2009 respectively.

Théobald de Bentzmann pursued their Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Accounting & Finance from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) from 2009 to 2012. Théobald then furthered their education at the University of Cambridge, specifically at the Judge Business School, where they obtained a Postgraduate Diploma (PGD) in Entrepreneurship from 2014 to 2015.
