Iva Urbanek is a skilled HR professional with a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration. With experience in various HR roles at Djurens Rätt, Manpower, and Chalmers Studentkår Rekrytering AB, Iva has a strong background in building HR processes, organization development, and managing non-profit information campaigns. Currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer and Head of HR at Djurens Rätt, Iva strategically and operationally oversees the HR area while also leading the summer tour to spread awareness about animal rights.
