Matt Saguibo

Matt Saguibo is an experienced Chief Operating Officer with a comprehensive background in civil engineering. Since March 2016, Matt has held the COO position at DKE: A Design & Engineering Firm, while also serving in the same role at HK Composites until May 2025. Prior to these roles, Matt was employed at CH2M as an Engineer in Training from May 2015 to March 2016 and as a Roadway/Drainage Intern in 2014. Educationally, Matt obtained a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from Brigham Young University in 2015, following a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the same institution in 2014.
