David Mahama

David Mahama, P.E. is the Principal and Northern California Transportation Design & Technology Group Manager at DKS Associates. David is also the Chair and Vice Chair of the Arterial Operations Committee at Metropolitan Transportation Commission. Additionally, David serves as an Instructor for Traffic Signal Operations Courses at the University of California at Berkeley Institute of Transportation Studies. David previously worked as an Associate at TJKM Transportation Consultants and held various engineering positions at Kimley Horn and Associates. David holds an M.S. in Civil Engineering (Transportation) from the University of California, Berkeley and a Bsc. in Civil Engineering from Kwame Nkrumah'​ University of Science and Technology.
